Linda was our tour guide and blending instructor and she was hilarious and informative giving us insights into the history of Irish whiskey, a Gaelic lesson and endless laughs even before all the drinking. “The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was fascinating to see the distillery and the setup they have in place. The cocktails were all delicious and unique—definitely not your typical gin. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into the different spices they use to create their blends. The highlight of the experience for both my wife and me was Bhagya. “We had a fantastic time at the mixology class! The setting was stylish and well-organized, and the experience overall was truly worthwhile. Our instructor, Weston, was outstanding—engaging, knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. He created a fun and welcoming environment while also delivering genuinely useful and interesting information. The only thing I would change is the music in the bar—it was a bit too loud and didn’t quite match the vibe of the class. A more relaxed playlist at a lower volume would’ve allowed for easier conversation and better focus on the instruction. That said, we still had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to learn more…”

It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Sean and Beryl set up the itinerary which included adding a special tour at one of them. Sean coordinated everything including a stop for lunch and we managed to see the four distilleries that were on our list. Sean was fun and informative not only about the distilleries but the country in general. Would highly recommend!”
