“This tour had it all! Whiskey, castles, and even some ice cream from a local ice cream shop! Tony is very personable, knowledgeable, and a true Scotsman. Almost anywhere we went he knew someone! He set up a distillery tour ahead of time and made all of the stops stress free. All of the stops felt very intentional and authentic. “The Culloden battlefield was really interesting. We easily could have spent more time there. Fort George was okay but having more context about the visit would have been nice. The chance to meet with and talk to some of the Regiment would have made it more interesting. The Cairngorms National Park was pretty, but we would have liked more history about the park and the interesting people who had lived there. For our lunch, we waited 45 minutes to get served, had to take it to go, and just made it back to the van. All sitting down at one place for lunch may make the experience more social and…”
